ELI WALKER
Eli Walker is a sought-after speaker, author, performance artist, and social wellness expert. With a BFA in Theater from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, she is the founder of the internationally acclaimed brands Drunk Yoga®—featured in GLAMOUR, ELLE, NYPost, LATimes, Forbes and more.
With a lifelong passion for solo-performance art, Eli began performing monologues at age 8, and her original one-woman shows in NYC include "STEPS" at Wings Theatre, directed by Emmy-award winner Blake Bradford, "COUNTING," produced by NYU's Experimental Theater Wing and "The Quarter-Life Crisis Monologues," performed at the PIT. She's currently developing a new solo show directed by Jonathan Libman (Mushroom Cure) called "Kill the Buddha," premiering at The Howland Center in December 2025.
