The Artichoke Presents: Ginny Hogan

Saturday, October 10 · 8PM

Hosted by Jamie Mulligan

Ginny Hogan has heard a lot about the male loneliness epidemic lately — so she decided to run the experiment on herself instead. The writer and comedian behind the stand-up special Regression (and a former data scientist who once tried to chart her way to happiness) turns her curiosity, her spreadsheets, and her signature deadpan wit on modern isolation, one self-inflicted social experiment at a time. Hogan is a regular contributor to The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The Cut, The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, McSweeney's, and Comedy Central, and she's bringing her sharp, funny, slightly-too-honest brand of storytelling to Beacon for one night only!

Come laugh at loneliness with the rest of us. It's cheaper than therapy.

Registration is now open for our FALL STORYTELLING WORKSHOP

Let’s face it: public speaking is one of the most common fears out there. In this Beginner Storytelling Workshop, you’ll build real confidence onstage by crafting two slam-ready stories you can be genuinely proud of. Along the way, you’ll learn how to shape true stories for maximum impact — finding clarity, humor, and emotional connection.

The course culminates in a live class show, where you’ll share your work in a supportive environment and wow friends and family with your finely crafted tales.

The workshop meets TUESDAYS starting OCTOBER 20 at Drew’s house in Beacon.
