DAVID GAINES

David Gaines is not an actor, a stand-up comedian, or an artist. But he loves a great story and believes they only come from life’s highs or lows. As a consequence, he has a tendency to throw himself at both. 

Originally from the UK, he now calls New York home. He is the CEO and founder of Media by Mother, where he is trying to do his piece to reinvent the world of Mad Men. A big part of that is coaching and mentoring up-and-coming talent, particularly those who don’t get the same breaks. In 2021 he was the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program’s Coach of the Year.
